Shipping

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1 business day of placing the order and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)**

NOTE: If you do not receive a response from our customer service within a reasonable time frame (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends), please check your spam folder in your email for contact. Our emails might have been mistakenly filtered by your email server/provider.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which can cause delays in the delivery of your order. Delays can also occur due to customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which can delay the estimated delivery time. Your order may be delivered to you by your local post office or a local courier. Depending on your region, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the order is delivered, the postal worker may leave a notification card suggesting how and where your order can be collected. Please provide your address in full, as the package we send to you may otherwise be returned to us, or we may ignore your issue to spare everyone unnecessary trouble.
